Patrick Doyle McCormick is an artist, musician, and writer from Hampton Roads, Virginia. As a young teen, he began working as an audio engineer and graphic designer for the now defunct Beach Road Records. During this time, he fronted several experimental electronic projects before forming industrial band Media Violence.

Media Violence experienced popularity in the VA underground and along with bands such as In Tenebris and hERETICS iN tHE lAB,  became one of the pioneering acts in the industrial/gothic scene in VA in the early 2000s.

Over the years, McCormick has built an army of music related projects, and independently released a library of albums. Still working under the name Media Violence, McCormick also fronts Aggressive Attack and Neuroexorcism. He paints, does collage work, photography, and has released 2 books of poetry.

McCormick still lives in Hampton Roads where he continues making music, painting, and writing while working as a Medic Firefighter.

Media Violence Inc was created by McCormick in 2009 as a vehicle for distribution of Media Violence/P McCormick related or approved music projects, artwork, and books.
